3D imaging for autonomous vehicles
The SWISS WINNER of our ‘Invest and Connect’ online event hosted by Zürcher Kantonalbank, fastree 3D is a fabless semiconductor company designing image sensors for spatial awareness for industrial and automotive applications. A billion phones every year adopt proximity sensing technology pioneered by co-founders at EPFL. Fastree3D extends this to 3D imaging for autonomous vehicles and robots.
iomob – Winner of Invest and Connect Spain

The WINNER of our ‘Invest and Connect’ event in SPAIN, iomob is building a Mobility on Demand (MoD) platform for the ground transportation marketplace: whereby any public, shared, private, electric or autonomous vehicle can be discovered, combined in a single journey, booked/unlocked and paid for by any user of any app connected to the marketplace.
konboi one – Winner of ESAC France Event
Autonomous Driving
konboi one, the finalists representing France, offers Full-stack autonomous driving software for long haul trucking as a pure software play, with a SaaS pricing model, using only off-the-shelf hardware and without logistics/transportation components. Its product includes, however, not only its software, but also its ISO-compliant safety critical system as part of the stack, its own clients and more.
Special Award: The Crowd Vote Winner
This year, the European Super Angels Club introduces a second award for its eight finalists – the ‘Smart Mobility Crowd Vote Winner’ – a title that will allow the recipient to receive the same highlight and traction among investors as the winner of the final event.
We are looking for the best idea or solution among our pre-selected startups; regardless of valuation, the fundraising amount or other background data that our analyst team already collected.
The voting will close on December 3rd, 6:30pm (CET).
