‚Invest and Connect‘ is an exclusive startup award event series, organised by the European Super Angels Club and follows the mission of boosting collaboration between investors, leading corporates and startups at a pan-European level. In 2020 it’s returning with the 7th edition, focusing on ‘SMART MOBILITY’.

LATEST UPDATE (31.08.2020) – Due to the recent developments in the global Covid-19 pandemic, we have decided to further adapt the schedule and concept of the remaining local qualifying events of our exclusive networking and startup award series for this year. Hence, all local events will be held as invite-only, closed events. Health is our top priority and this decision has been made in full agreement with our key partners. The  concerned national qualifiers are: Spain (17th September, online) and NORDICS (now: 1st October, online), Switzerland (15th October, tbc), Scotland (29th October, online in partnership with Shepherd and Wedderburn LLP), Italy (12th November, online – cancelled).

It will stage overall 7 events: national qualifiers for pre-selected high-potential startups in relevant European innovation hubs, including Scotland, Spain, Austria (event cancelled – wild card winner granted), France, Sweden (now: Nordic regional qualifier), Italy (cancelled), Switzerland with the European Final in Germany, Berlin on 3rd December ONLINE.

Under the umbrella of ‚Smart Mobility‘ we are looking into latest disruptive solutions on a broad scale. Concrete areas include shared-economy, traffic reducing measures, wireless communications, real-time data analytics and machine learning used in autonomous vehicles, solutions related to parking and traffic signals, various sensors used in transportation, logistics, connected vehicles and related marketplaces.
