Sendinblue, the leading all-in-one digital marketing platform for small to medium-sized businesses, today announced its acquisition of Yodel.io, a cloud-based business phone solution. The syndication fund of the European Super Angels Club – EXF Alpha – managed by Venionaire Ventures Sàrl in Luxemburg, held over 20 % in YodelTalk Ltd. and completes with this deal its third successful exit within this year.

The acquisition of Yodel.io is another milestone in the history of ESAC and also of Sendinblue. In the future, all existing and future services will be marketed under the brand of the leading all-in-one software provider for sales and marketing. The European Super Angels Club now holds 11 promising portfolio companies after this third exit in 2022.
