STS Digital, a company specializing in over-the-counter (OTC) trading and market making for digital assets, recently acquired flovtec, a Switzerland-based market maker and portfolio company of the European Super Angels Club (ESAC). ESAC had held an investment stake of approximately €1.5 million in flovtec. This acquisition marks a significant milestone in STS Digital’s mission to expand its market-making capabilities and improve liquidity solutions.
