Portfolio Company Sproof receives six-digit investment

Ready, set, grow! European Super Angels Club Members have backed sproof.io with high a six-figure investment.

We are proud to share our latest investment news and welcome a new portfolio company. Sproof closed its first funding round, led by the European Super Angels Club, and aims to integrate all trusted qualified signature services in Europe.

Sproof, only founded in 2019, offers a qualified digital signature service, which is GDPR and fully eIDAS-compliant. Sproofs signature service meets the requirements for legally binding digital signatures – equivalent to handwritten signatures –, leveraging existing trust service providers from the EU.

Considering the early stage of the company, our team and members were impressed by its traction. To date, the company has been able to win customers such as the Federal Accounting Agency of Austria, the Austrian Chamber of Commerce, Sony DADC, mid-sized software specialists for lawyers, and the Vienna City Business Agency as well as thousands of private clients.
